Are you Teachable?

Are you really teachable? That’s was one of the questions asked to me today.

I’m up in DC at a Mentoring Group lead by a few guys who are incredible. I’ve been in this group for a few years now and it has been one of the single greatest opportunities I’ve had in ministry. They have challenged me so much.

But a very “in your face” question was asked today.

“When the job you have is beyond your skill set, you either become arrogant or teachable. Are you teachable?

I am trying my best to keep a attitude of humility. But I’m sure I have moments of arrogance as well.
